Sign in or create a Dell account

About this task

You must create and sign in to your Dell account to use SupportAssist. Alternatively you can also sign in using your Google account credentials to use SupportAssist.

Steps

  1. Open SupportAssist from the Start menu.
    The SupportAssist application opens, and the Home page is displayed.
  2. On the upper right corner of the Home page, click Sign in.
  3. If you have created a Dell account, sign in using the email address and password or using the one-time password.
    You are signed in to SupportAssist.
  4. If you do not have a Dell account, click Create an account, enter the first name, last name, email address, and password, and then click Create Account.
    The Dell account is created, and you are signed in to SupportAssist.
