Create a service request

About this task

You can manually create a service or support request for an issue that is detected on your PC.

Steps

  1. Open SupportAssist and click Support.
  2. In the Start a Service Request card, click Get started.
    The Dell MyAccount contact information page is displayed.
  3. Review and confirm your contact information.
  4. Select the issue category from the Category list.
  5. Describe the issue and click Send.

Results

The issue and your PC are reviewed by the Dell technical support team. A representative sends you a message or contacts you to resolve the issue.
