Verify the cluster health and power off the virtual machine
Use this procedure to verify the cluster health and power off the virtual machine.
Steps

Verify the health of PowerFlex and rebuild status:
- Log in to the PowerFlex GUI presentation server using the primary MDM IP address.
- Verify that the PowerFlex system is healthy and no rebuild or rebalance is running.

Shut down all VMs on the customer vCenter:
- Using the VMware vSphere Client, log in to the customer vCenter or a single vCenter (customer cluster).
- Expand the customer clusters.

Shut down all VMs, except for the
PowerFlex
storage VMs (SVM).
CAUTION:Do not shut down the SVMs. Shutting them down now can result in data loss.
