Freeze the remote consistency group
Perform this procedure to freeze the remote consistency group (RCG). Freeze stops writing data from the target journal to the target volume. Use this option while creating a snapshot or copying the replicated volume.
Steps
- Connect to the PowerFlex GUI presentation server through https://<ipaddress>:8443 using MDM.
- From the left pane, click .
- In the right pane, select the relevant RCG check box, and click .
- Verify that the operation completes successfully and click Dismiss.
