Downloading files from the Dell support site

To download files from the Dell support site, you must provide passwords for some files from the RCM portal.

1. From your PowerFlex environment where you're going to download the software, log in to the Dell support site: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/powerflex-rack-rcm-sw/drivers
2. Click Drivers & Downloads, and filter for the RCM files. Select the RCM to download.
3. Log in to the RCM portal https://cicodeportal.dell.com/#/home.
4. Under Select System, select PowerFlex rack and ensure Releases is selected. Filter for the RCM files and click the link for the RCM that you are downloading.
5. Click the Download Guide link.
6. Read the instructions and find the passwords for the zip files.
7. From where you downloaded the files from the support site, extract the zip files and provide the passwords.
