Changing the user password for Windows-based PowerFlex compute-only node
Use this procedure to change user passwords for Windows-based PowerFlex compute-only node in a Windows Server 2016 or 2019 operating system.
About this task
For Windows PowerFlex compute-only nodes, only firmware upgrades are supported.
Steps
- Log in to the Windows Server 2016 or 2019 system from Remote Desktop with an account with administrator privilege.
- On the taskbar, click Start, type administrative tools in the search text box and click Enter.
- From the list of administrative tools, double-click Computer Management.
- In the left-panel of the Computer Management window, go to , where you can view the user account details.
- Right-click an account, and select Set Password....
- Click Proceed to complete the password resetting process.
