Setting priority

Use this procedure to set the order priority for copying volume pairs.

About this task

Set the priority to the highest priority for pairs to be copied first, or set to the lowest priority to be copied last.

NOTE:Setting the priority is only valid during initial copy.

Steps

  1. From the PowerFlex GUI, in the left pane, click Protection > RCGs.
  2. In the right pane, select the relevant RCG check box.
  3. In the Volumes Pairs tab, click Initial copy > Set Priority.
  4. In the Set Priority for Pair <RCG name> dialog box, select Default or High and click Save.
  5. Verify that the operation completed successfully and click Dismiss.
