SupportAssist requirements

The PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance requires the following system requirements to configure and run SupportAssist.

Gateway Gateway version
Secure Connect Gateway (SCG) 5.10 or higher
NOTE: Secure Remote Services (SRS) and SupportAssist Enterprise (SAE) gateways are not supported by SupportAssist 4.0 and higher. Update these gateways to SCG before you update PowerProtect Data Manager Appliance. Alternatively, you can configure SupportAssist by connecting directly to the backend.
