backup policy
In the
AUI, a backup policy specifies a dataset, schedule, and retention settings that are applied to a client or a group of clients. A backup policy must contain at least one
Avamar client. If the backup policy contains two or more clients, the clients must belong to the same
Avamar domain. You can override backup policy settings at the client level.
