/api/TemplateService/Actions/TemplateService.DetachProfile

This API detaches profiles from slots. If IO identities that are associated with the profile are in the reserved state, they are returned to the pool. If a profile is tied to a compute device, the IO identity that is associated with the profile is cleared from the device. The IO identity is then returned to the pool.
