Removing the audio board
Prerequisites
- Follow the procedure in before working inside your computer.
- Remove the palmrest and keyboard assembly.
- Remove the speakers.

Steps
- Disconnect the audio board cable from the connector on the system board.
- Remove the two screws (M2x3) that secure the audio board to the computer chassis.
- Lift and remove the audio board from the computer chassis.
