Procedure
CAUTION Removing the coin-cell battery resets the BIOS setup program’s settings
to default. Before removing the coin-cell battery, it is recommended
to note the BIOS setup program’s settings.
- If available, peel off the tape that secures the coin-cell battery to the I/O board.
- Using a plastic scribe, gently pry the coin-cell battery out of the
battery socket on the I/O board.
