Removing the touchpad

1. Peel the adhesive tapes that secure the speaker cable to the touchpad bracket.
2. Remove the speaker cable from the routing guide.
3. Remove the three screws (M2x2) that secure the touchpad bracket to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
4. Lift the touchpad bracket off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
5. Open the latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the system board.
6. Remove the adhesive tapes that secure the touchpad bracket to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
7. Remove the two screws (M2x2) that secure the touchpad bracket to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
8. Lift the touchpad, along with the cable, off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
