Format of the Server Address field is not correct
One of the following messages appears when the format of the Server Address field is not correct:
- Error Code: 2: Protocol error
- Error Code: -3: LDAP error: Cannot parse url: [url]
To resolve this issue, ensure that you specify the Server Address field without a protocol prefix. Type only the hostname or IP address.
