The SLA Compliance window in the
PowerProtect Data Manager UI enables you to add a service level agreement (SLA) that identifies your Service Level Objectives (SLOs). You use the SLOs to verify that your protected assets are meeting the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The SLAs that are configured in the CDR stage appear on the CDRS dashboard. If a policy that is enabled for Cloud DR has a configured SLA, and the latest cloud backup copy is older than the configured SLA value, the CDRS dashboard indicates that the policy is not SLA-compliant. Cloud DR in
PowerProtect Data Manager supports two types of Service Level Agreement.
Policy type SLA
Cloud DR SLA
The Policy type SLA does not appear in the CDRS dashboard.
