CAUTION Incorrect alignment of the heat sink can damage the system board and processor.
CAUTION If either the processor or the heat sink is replaced, use the thermal grease that is provided in the kit to ensure that thermal conductivity is achieved.
Steps
Place the heat-sink assembly on the system board.
Align the screw holes on the heat-sink assembly with the screw holes on the system board.
Replace the six screws (M2x4) that secure the heat-sink assembly to the system board.
Turn the system board over, and connect the left and right fan cables.
