Procedure

  2. Turn the computer over.
  3. Disconnect the logo-board cable from the system board.
  4. Peel the tape to access the display cable.
  5. Open the latch, and disconnect the display cable from the system board.Image: Disconnecting the cables from the system board
  6. Remove the six screws (M2.5x5) that secure the display assembly to the palm-rest assembly.
