Starting from OS10.5.3.0 release, the option to enable SFS mode using GUI is not available. You can use the GUI to enable SFS in versions prior to 10.5.3.0.
To enable SFS using the GUI, following the instructions:
Enable RESTCONF API on the switch using the OS10 CLI.
To enable RESTCONF API, use
rest api restconf command in CONFIGURATION mode. See
SmartFabric OS10 User Guide for more information about RESTCONF API.
Open a browser session, go to
https://switch-mgmt-ip-address.
Log in to a switch using the credentials that are created to access an OS10 switch. The default username and password is
admin.
Enable SFS on the switch using the
Edit option that appears in the upper-right side of the page.
Enter the role of the switch and click
OK to enable SFS.

After you enable SFS on a switch, the system reloads to apply the configuration.
Repeat the steps 1 to 4 on all the remaining switches to enable SFS and set role. All switches reload and forms a fabric.
