Dongle Re-pair

About this task

This feature is available only on certain devices. It allows you to re-pair the 2.4Ghz replacement dongle using Alienware Command Center.

Steps

  1. Connect the new USB Type-C dongle to the USB port of your system.
  2. Go to Alienware Command Center and click Settings under the AlienFX tab.
  3. Select Dongle Re-pair.
  4. Click Launch Pairing Tool.
    The AW920H Pairing Tool dialog box is displayed.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
    If pairing fails the first time, repeat the above steps.
