原因

Det finns flera komponenter i ljuddrivrutinen i Windows Update. Alla ljuddrivrutinskomponenter installeras inte i Microsoft Windows Update. Detta stör ljudfunktionen på din dator.

Obs! Om du vill göra ändringar i operativsystemet, till exempel installera drivrutiner, måste du ha administratörsbehörighet på enheten.
 

Uppdatering till Realteks drivrutin för högdefinitionsljud version 6.0.9597.1 eller senare på datorn via Dell.com, Dell Update eller SupportAssist löser problemet. Det är OBLIGATORISKT att starta om datorn efter drivrutinsuppdateringen. Se följande länk för instruktioner om hur du laddar ner och installerar drivrutinen: Ladda ner och installera Dell-drivrutiner

Obs! För bärbara XPS-datorer ska du INTE använda version 6.0.9597.1 av drivrutinen. De bärbara datorerna i XPS-branschen kräver i stället version 10.0.235.1 av Realteks ljuddrivrutin för högdefinition .
 
Obs! Använd inte Windows Update för att uppdatera ljuddrivrutinen.
