原因

De audiodriver bevat meerdere componenten in Windows Update. De Microsoft Windows Update installeert niet alle onderdelen van de audiodriver. Dit verstoort de audiofunctionaliteit op uw computer.

Opmerking: Als u wijzigingen in het besturingssysteem wilt aanbrengen, zoals het installeren van drivers, moet u over administratorbevoegdheden op het apparaat beschikken.
 

Bijwerken naar de Realtek High Definition Audio Driver-versie 6.0.9597.1 of hoger op de computer via Dell.com, Dell Update of SupportAssist lost het probleem op. Het is VERPLICHT om de computer opnieuw op te starten na de driverupdate. Raadpleeg de volgende koppeling voor instructies over het downloaden en installeren van de driver: Dell drivers downloaden en installeren

Opmerking: Gebruik voor XPS laptopsGEEN versie 6.0.9597.1 van de driver. Voor de laptops uit de XPS line-of-business is in plaats daarvan versie 10.0.235.1 van de Realtek High-Definition Audio Driver vereist.
 
Opmerking: Gebruik Windows Update niet om de audiodriver bij te werken.
