When you have booked this service, our software specialists will call you at your scheduled time and help diagnose and resolve the software-related issues (Applications, Operating system, Virus remediation, Data migration, and backup and networking) on your Dell product.
What happens next?
You will receive a callback from a Dell-certified software specialist during your scheduled time window and at the phone number you provided during the purchase of this service. Please note that the callback schedule is subject to the completion of payment processing.
Please have your system nearby and accessible for our software expert to resolve your issue.
If our software specialist is not able to reach you at the number provided you will receive an email where you can reschedule your software callback at a time convenient to you.
The software specialist may need to reinstall a copy of your original operating system during the repair. The reinstallation of the operating systems could result in data loss.
If needed, the Dell software specialist will help you with backing up your data (additional storage may be needed).
No fix, No fee: Dell will refund the fees you paid if our software specialists are unable to resolve your issue or recommend a solution.
