Until completed, the Office 2021 Activation with PIPC (Japan) may reflect the wording “Office 2019”. The customer may think that they are receiving Office 2019 instead of the Office 2021 that they purchased. While the wording “Office 2019” is seen, the preinstall will upgrade from Office 2019 to Office 2021 as Microsoft’s Activation process is completed.
