Oorzaak

Há vários componentes para o driver de áudio no Windows Update. O Microsoft Windows Update não instala todos os componentes do driver de áudio. Isso interfere na funcionalidade de áudio do computador.

Oplossing

Nota: Para fazer alterações no sistema operacional, como instalar drivers, você deve ter privilégios de administrador no dispositivo.
 

Atualizar para o driver de áudio de alta definição Realtek versão 6.0.9597.1 ou posterior no computador por meio do Dell.com, Dell Update ou SupportAssist resolve o problema. É OBRIGATÓRIO reiniciar o computador após a atualização do driver. Nota: Para notebooks XPS, NÃO use a versão 6.0.9597.1 do driver. Os notebooks da linha de negócios XPS exigem a versão 10.0.235.1 do driver de áudio de alta definição Realtek .
 
Nota: Não use o Windows Update para atualizar o driver de áudio.
