The microphone mute indicator on the C2422HE, C2722DE, and C3422WE monitors is lit solid red

The microphone mute LED indicator on the C2422HE, C2722DE, and C3422WE monitors is a constantly lit red light.

This indicates that the microphone mute is activated. We would only expect this to change when the webcam and microphone module are released from their retracted position within the monitor.

The webcam and microphone are disabled whenever the webcam module is retracted. (The pop in position.)

In this retracted state, the microphone mute LED indicator will always light up a static red color.

The monitor is working as we would expect at this point.
