Oorzaak

Download and install the latest version of Dell Power Manager service and Dell Power Manager app to reduce the surface temperature. After installing the Dell Power Manager app, set the Thermal Management settings to Cool.

Note: The default setting from the factory is set to Optimized which balances performance, fan noise, and temperature. Changing the setting to Cool will increase the fan speed and reduce processor speed to maintain lower system temperature.
