Users of the Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Keyboard and Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse may observe the devices not showing up in AWCC after connecting them to the computer.

Alienware Command Center versions lower than v6.1 do not support the Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming keyboard and Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse.

How to identify the Alienware Command Center version

You can check the Alienware Command Center version that is installed by going to Settings, Apps, and then Apps & features.

If the version of Alienware Command Center is not version 6.1 version or later:

1. Go to the Dell Support site.
2. From the search bar, search for Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Keyboard or Alienware Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse.
3. Click the Drivers & Downloads tab.
4. Download and install the latest Alienware Command Center software package.
