Dell Laptop, Tablet, and Desktops Tested for Windows 11 Compatibility

All new Dell commercial platforms are compatible with the latest Windows 11 or Windows 10 (version 22H2). Dell allows customers to install previous Windows versions (N-1 and N-2) themselves or through Dell Configuration Services. This supports customers who prefer to delay adopting new Windows versions and addresses concerns about new release instability.

For example: Where the commercial platform launches in March 2024 with Windows 11 (version 23H2) Dell does not ship the previous two Windows versions. However, Dell continues to qualify them during and after production.

The following tables list all the Dell commercial laptops, tablets, and desktops qualified for Windows 10 (version 22H2) and Windows 11. Windows 10 (version 22H2) is the final feature update for Windows 10 and is supported until October 14, 2025. XPS devices are categorized as consumer devices but may support commercial products.

This article is updated quarterly based on the latest Windows versions from Microsoft and as new devices are announced. (Version as of August 2024.)
