증상
Cluster may have a warning of:
- Insufficient Configured Resources To Satisfy The Desired VSphere HA Failover
원인
This can be caused due to a high admission control on the cluster.
Check the admission control and change it to default if needed (33%)

해결
You can see that the alarms have Acknowledge or Reset options, this is a Configuration Issue message instead.
Steps to be done:
To change the Admission control, do the following:

- Turn on, or turn off Proactive HA and then disable HA on the cluster, then re-enable HA
- Verify that no firewall is interfering with HA
- Set the Admission Control percentage to a different, low value (10% for CPU and Memory)
To change the Admission control, do the following:
- Open the Cluster
- Open Configure tap
- Go for vSphere Availability
- Click Edit
- Expand the Admission control Tap
- Check the box of Override calculated failover capacity.
- Set the value to default 33%
- Refresh the vSphere client and check the error it should be gone
