SupportAssist v3.13.x and 3.14.x in some machines causes high memory usage. When this phenomenon occurs, the Task Manager shows the memory usage percentage >90%.
This may impact computer performance while at times the computer may stop responding, and the screen goes black.

The IoT connection is done using Microsoft Azure SDK, which is causing the memory leakage.
The issue has been resolved with the latest release v4.0.3.
The platforms listed below cannot be auto upgraded to SupportAssist v4.0.3.
