VMware ESXi 6.7 또는 6.5에서 VMware ESXi 7.0으로 업그레이드하는 Dell PowerEdge 서버는 ESXi 7.0에서 더 이상 사용되지 않는 이전 vmkapi 버전 종속성으로 빌드된 드라이버로 인해 vmkapi DependancyError와 함께 실패할 수 있습니다.

Dell은 Dell 맞춤 구성 ISO 이미지의 A00 또는 A01 버전을 사용하여 ESXi 7.0으로 업그레이드하는 것을 권장하지 않습니다. 업그레이드 문제가 발생하여 이전 6.x 설치로 되돌릴 수 없거나 ESXi 7.0을 새로 설치할 수 없는 경우 Dell 기술 지원 부서에 문의하십시오.

이전 버전에서 발생한 문제가 해결되었으므로 모든 업그레이드에 Dell 맞춤 구성 ISO 버전 A02 이상을 사용해야 합니다.
