Resolution:

  1.  Close your Internet browser and open the JAVA Control Panel Console:

    • Start > Control Panel > Java Control Panel

  2. Select the "General" tab and under Temporary Internet Files, click on "Settings" 

  3. Click on "Delete Files"

  4. Click "OK" to delete the temporary files:

  5. Connect to the iDRAC using your web browser and launch the Virtual Media Program.
