This article provides how to gather vm-support (ESXi log) and vc-support (vCenter log) through vSphere Web Client.

Enter the vCenter Server name or IP address to Web browser address fields to open vSphere Web Client.
Log in to the vCenter Server system, select Hosts and Clusters.
Select vCenter from the left pane, click Monitor tab.
Click System Logs→Export System Logs.
Select applicable ESXi host or all ESXi hosts, check Include vCenter Server and vSphere Web Client logs and click Next.
Click Finish on the Select logs screen.
Select any destination on the local computer to save logs.
Once the generating task for diagnostics bundle completed, log bundle is saved in specified destination.
Enter the vCenter Server name or IP address to Web browser address fields to open vSphere Web Client.
Log in to the vCenter Server system, select Hosts and Clusters.
Select vCenter from the left pane, click Monitor tab.
Click System Logs→Export System Logs.
Select applicable ESXi host or all ESXi hosts, check Include vCenter Server and vSphere Web Client logs and click Next.
Select Generate Log Bundle on the Ready to Complete screen.
Once the generating task for diagnostics bundle completed, download dialog for log bundle is displayed.
Click Download Log Bundle and save in specified destination.
