  1. Go to your Dell Digital Locker, then click the Sign In button to access your account.
  2. Sign in to your Dell My Account using the email address used at the time of purchase or the one used to assign your software licenses. For questions about creating or updating a My Account login, see How to Create, Change Password, Name, How to Login, and Other Settings in My Account on the Dell Website.
  3. If you are having trouble finding your order or logging into the Locker, contact Dell support at the following link: Contact Order Support.
