1. Make sure you have the latest Windows 10 updates from Microsoft installed. For more information refer to Microsoft Knowledge Base article Windows Update: FAQ.
2. Make sure you have the latest touchpad drivers installed. For more information refer to Dell Knowledge Base article Drivers and Downloads FAQs.
3. Press and hold the Windows () key, and then press the q key.
4. In the search box type Touchpad.
5. Touch or click Touchpad settings (System settings).
6. Touch or click Additional Mouse Options at the bottom of the screen.
7. Touch or click the Dell Touchpad tab.
8. Touch or click the picture of the touchpad.
9. Touch or click the Gestures tab.
10. Touch or click the box next to Pinch Zoom to Enable or Disable the Pinch Zoom function.
11. Touch or click Save.
12. Restart your computer.
