Note: To determine if a specific computer is compatible, reference the sales page for that computer and look for Express Sign-On.
Cause
The Dell Optimizer utility controls this functionality and can be adjusted under the Proximity Sensor tab.
Résolution
The customer can adjust the lock timeout from 30 to 120 seconds or disable all together.
