Dell Data Protection Enterprise Edition vereist Dell Security Management Server (voorheen Dell Data Protection Server) voor beleid en sleutelbeheer.

Minimale hardwarevereisten

  • Intel Pentium- of AMD-processor
  • 110 MB vrije schijfruimte
  • 512 MB RAM
Opmerking: Extra vrije schijfruimte is vereist om de bestanden op het eindpunt te versleutelen. Deze grootte is afhankelijk van de policy en de grootte van de schijf.

Netwerkvereisten

Dell Data Protection Enterprise Edition vereist netwerkconnectiviteit met de Dell Security Management Server.

Opmerking: Dell Security Management Server maakt standaard gebruik van de volgende poorten:
  • 8443 voor activeringen en poort
  • 8000 voor beleidscommunicatie
  • 8449 voor certificaatcommunicatie (alleen serverclientinstallatie)

Dell Data Protection Enterprise Edition for Server vereist directe communicatie met de back-endconfiguratie van de Dell Security Management Server.

Als Dell Data Protection Enterprise Edition on-the-box (OTB)-rechten (licenties) gebruikt, moet cloud.dell.com via poort 443 worden toegevoegd aan de allowlist.

Vereisten voor externe media

Voor randapparatuur voor storage die wordt beschermd door Dell Encryption External Media is het volgende vereist:
