Symptômes

BIOSまたはUEFI（システム セットアップとも呼ばれる）にアクセスする方法

Dell製コンピューターでBIOSまたはUEFIにアクセスするには、起動中に、Dellロゴ画面でF2キーを数回押します。
または、起動中に、Dellロゴ画面でF12キーを数回押して、メニューから［BIOS Setup］または［System Setup］を選択します。

BIOS画面が表示されたら、Latitudeノートパソコンで次のBIOS設定に従ってPXE起動を設定する必要があります。Latitudeノートパソコンには、使用するモデルに応じて異なるBIOSユーザー インターフェイスがあります。

メモ: Dellサポート | ドライバーおよびダウンロードWebサイトの［BIOS］カテゴリーから、お使いのLatitudeノートパソコンで利用可能な最新のBIOSアップデートをダウンロードしてインストールしてください。

Latitude 7x10および7x00のBIOSでPXE起動を有効にする

  1. General > Boot Sequence に移動し、 を選択してWindows Boot Managerを有効にします(図1)。

  2. [General > Advanced Boot Options]に移動し、[Enable UEFI Network Stack]を選択します(図2)。

  3. これらの新しいLatitudeノートパソコン モデルにはNIC接続がないため、[System Configuration USB Configuration > ]で[Enable USB Boot Support]を有効にすることを確認します(図3)。

  4. Thunderboltドックに接続していない場合でも、[System Configuration-Thunderbolt> Adapter Configuration]で[Thunderbolt]、[Enable Thunderbolt Boot Support]、[Enable TBT (and PCIE behind TBT)]Pre-boot Modulesをオンにします(図4)。

  5. PXEサーバーの構成によっては、イメージの導入が完了するまで、一時的に[General-Secure Boot-Secure> Boot-Secure> Boot Enable]で[Secure Boot Enable]を無効にする必要がある場合があります(図5)。

  6. ［Post Behavior］で、［Fastboot］を［Thorough］に設定する必要があります（図6）。

メモ: Display-Linkドライバー（D6000シリーズやD3100など）を使用するDell Dockでは、PXE起動は許可されません。これらのドッキング ステーションのドライバーは、Windows PE環境ではロードされません。デル・テクノロジーズでは、ドッキング ステーション接続を介したPXE起動はお勧めしません。ただし、PXE起動を完了するには、USB Type-C - Ethernetドングル（Dell SKU# 470-ABNDなど）を使用して行うことができます。

  1. ［Connection］を選択し、［Enable UEFI Network Stack］が［Enabled］に設定されていることを確認します。

  2. ［Integrated Devices］を選択します。
  3. 下にスクロールして［USB/Thunderbolt Configuration］を表示し、［Enable USB Boot Support］を選択します。

  4. ［Enable Thunderbolt Boot Support］が［ON］に設定されていることを確認します。
  5. ［Apply Changes］をクリックして、設定を保存します。
