  1. In a web browser, go to https://ddpe.credant.comThis hyperlink is taking you to a website outside of Dell Technologies.
  2. Log In with the account credentials provided in the software welcome letter.

    Note: The purchaser of Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise or Dell Endpoint Security Suite Pro is the recipient of the welcome letter with product account information.
  3. On initial login, click I agree on the End User License Agreement.

  4. Click SoftwareDownloads.

    Note: For volume license purchases, Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise and Dell Endpoint Security Suite Pro licenses are available in ClientLicenseDownload. For on-the-box purchases, the licenses are automatically tied to the computer's service tag and the download link is available in the welcome letter.
  5. Click DDP-ESSE. DDP-ESSE contains:
    • Endpoint-Security-Suite-Ent
      • Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise for Windows
    • Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise MAC
      • Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise for Mac
    • Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise Linux
      • Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise for Linux
    DDP-ESSE
    Note: The same installer is used for both Dell Endpoint Security Suite Enterprise and Dell Endpoint Security Pro.
  6. Click the appropriate software to download.
