Norton 360 has encountered an error. error: 8504, 100

What's Happening:  Norton 360 coming up with an error, "Norton 360 has encountered an error. error: 8504, 100”

Steps to Resolve:
·         Uninstall Norton 360 using programs and features
·         Run Norton Removal Tool
·         Run DOS window as admin and type chkdsk /f
·         Go to mynortonaccount.com, sign in and click on download then install Norton 360
·         Open Norton 360> click on support (top right)> click get support (auto fix)
