Alienware 32 4K QD OLED Gaming Monitor AW3225QF
Ensure that the monitor firmware is updated to version M2B105 or later.
Use a High-Speed HDMI cable to connect the AW3225QF monitor to the soundbar.
Note:
If the soundbar supports ARC only, an HDMI 2.0 or above cable is required.
If the soundbar supports eARC, an HDMI 2.1 cable is required.
Some soundbars come with an HDMI cable in the box. Ensure the HDMI cable meets the requirements stated above.
The HDMI cable that comes in the AW3225QF box is a High-Speed HDMI 2.1 cable.
Some soundbars have more than one HDMI port. Ensure the HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI port that supports ARC/eARC.
Note: Some soundbars do not have the words ARC/eARC printed next to the HDMI port. Check the documentation to identify the correct port.
Ensure the HDMI cable is connected to HDMI Port 1 (eARC/ARC) of the AW3225QF.
