Whether you want to set up Office 365, for one person in your business or ten, we recommend spending a few minutes to plan your setup so there are no surprises.
To get started with Office 365, reference How to Log Into the Office 365 Customer Portal through the Dell Customer Portal. Your username is found in the welcome email from Dell.

Use the Microsoft setup wizard to Add A Domain in Office 365 such as Dell.com.

Once you have added a user, they have an Office 365 license, log-in credentials, and an Office 365 mailbox. The setup wizard lets you personalize everyone's user ID and email for your business, for example, rob@dell.com.

When you set up your domain in Office 365, DNS Records Explained are required so that email, instant messaging (Skype for Business), and other services work correctly.
You can choose to manage your own DNS records or Office 365 can manage the records for you.

Once everyone has an Office 365 account, they can install the full version of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and so on) on their computer. Each person can install Office on up to five computers running Windows, macOS, Windows Mobile, Android, or iOS.
