- This article applies to Microsoft 365 subscriptions acquired by the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program from Dell. This excludes Microsoft 365 consumer products such as Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or licenses purchased with a new Dell system.
- This article does not apply to Microsoft 365 subscriptions acquired through a channel partner.
To log in, follow these simple steps:
- Locate your username found in your welcome email from Dell.
- Go to the Dell Customer Portal.
Note: For Canadian customers, use the following link to log in:https://ca-cp.cloudstore.dell.com.
- Enter your username and password. If you are logging in for the first time, select the Forgot Password? option and answer the following prompts to reset your password.
