How to Clean the Color Tone Density ( CTD ) Sensor on the E525w Dell Color Multifunction Printer
- Ensure that the printer is turned off.
- Push the rear cover release handle and open the rear cover (Figure 1).

- Clean the CTD sensor inside the printer with a clean dry cotton swab (Figure 2).

- Close the rear cover (Figure 3).

- Turn on the printer.
