Symptoms
授权证书或COA是某些产品提供的购买证明。大多数 Microsoft® 产品，包括其 Windows® 操作系统和办公套件都附带有授权证书。其它软件制造商，如Corel，也提供COA文档和办公套件。
通常，COA看起来像正式证书，其边缘带有典型的、难以复制的绿色漩涡形图案，以此来说明它是合法证书。它提供了授权产品名称，通常还提供证书编号、产品密钥或产品序列号。
根据产品类型，COA可能是一张纸、一张小卡片或是手册、光盘盒甚至计算机上附带的标签。Microsoft Windows 操作系统 COA 是作为直接贴在 Dell ™计算机上的标签提供的（图 1）。
