By default, devices contain limited logging for Dell Threat Defense. It is highly recommended to enable verbose logging on a device before troubleshooting or contacting Dell Data Security ProSupport.   1. From a web browser, go to the Dell Threat Defense administration console at:
  2. Log in to the Dell Threat Defense administration console.

  3. In the console, click the Devices tab.

    Note: The example device name may differ in your environment.
  5. In the Edit Properties section, change Agent Logging Level to Verbose and then click Save.
