  1. 登录 iDRAC UI(图 1)。

  1. 单击 Maintenance,然后单击 SupportAssist图 1)。
提醒:如果服务器未注册 SupportAssist,会显示 SupportAssist 注册向导。注册是可选的。如果不需要注册,请单击 取消,然后单击取消注册。必须完成注册才能将收集自动发送至戴尔支持。
  1. 单击 Start a Collection图 1)。
  2. 选择要包含在收集中的数据集。(可选)继续进行默认选择。
提醒:操作系统和应用程序数据需要安装并运行 iDRAC Service Module (iSM)。有关详细信息,请参阅对 Dell iDRAC Service Module 的支持。iSM 是可选的软件应用程序,可在 SupportAssist 收集中包括相关的操作系统和应用程序数据。如果未安装并运行 iDRAC Service Module,或在 iDRAC 中禁用了操作系统 BMC/iDRAC 直通功能,则 Operating System and Application Data 选项将被禁用且无法选择。 
  1. 收集首选项:选择那些需要过滤以获得个人身份识别信息的数据集(图 2)。

  1. 选择保存收集的目标位置。
提醒:如果选择 保存到网络 选项,所提供的网络详细信息将保存为未来所有收集的默认值。
 
提醒:自 iDRAC9 固件 7.0 及更高版本起,无法再将 iDRAC SupportAssist 收集直接发送给戴尔。
  • Save locally 选项可将生成的收集保存在本地系统上。
提醒:此时将显示一条消息,要求保存压缩的文件,以便在浏览器中打开。确保此消息未被阻止。
 
  • Save to Network 选项将生成的收集保存到已定义的 CIFS 或 NFS 共享位置。
  1. 单击收集以继续收集生成。
  2. 接受 最终用户级别协议 (EULA) 以继续执行此过程。
