Connectrix: Brocade B series: Switch stuck in continuous random reboot "reset reason was 0x00000001: Power Up"
Summary: A Brocade B series switch may become stuck in a continuous reboot loop. The switch cannot be accessed over SSH or through the console.

Symptoms
Logging into the switch through the serial console reveals the following error:

Tune was failed. Resetting system..Cause
The switch cannot find a file system or fabric operating system (FOS). The switch resets soon after powering up due to a failed memory test.
Resolution
The switch must be replaced.
