Symptoms

Dell Peripheral Manager (DPeM) detecteert de Dell draadloze headset mogelijk niet wanneer deze via een bluetooth-verbinding op de computer wordt aangesloten.

Betreffende headsets:

  • Dell draadloze headset - WL3024
  • Dell Premier draadloze ANC-headset - WL7024

Cause

DPeM versie 1.7.0 en lager biedt geen ondersteuning voor Bluetooth voor WL3024 of WL7024.

Resolution

Bijwerken naar DPeM versie 1.7.2 of hoger op de computer lost het probleem op. Voor het downloaden en installeren van DPeM raadpleegt u Dell drivers downloaden en installeren.
