- 检查 PowerEdge 操作系统支持值表 服务器操作系统 |Dell US。
- 检查 ISO 是否已知良好，以及之前是否能够从其他服务器部署。
- 安装的操作系统驱动程序包版本包括计划安装的支持操作系统版本。
- 启动阶段，操作系统加载完成后，系统会提示错误“Windows Failed to Start”

故障排除指导
- 确保 iDRAC 使用速度为 1 GB 的专用端口。
- 确保 ping 测试延迟
- 确保使用 UEFI 模式。
- 尝试操作系统部署或从虚拟介质引导。检查结果是否有所不同。
- 将 PERC 重置回默认出厂设置，然后重新创建新 VD。
- 转至 F10 Lifecycle Controller > Hardware Repurpose ，然后选择 BIOS、 Lifecycle Controller Data & PERC Cache

- 重新创建新的虚拟磁盘
- 尝试使用操作系统部署或从虚拟介质引导这两种方法，以继续安装操作系统。
